Discover
Researched how modern teams plan, collaborate, and manage work across multiple tools. Identified key pain points: fragmented workflows, excessive busy work, poor visibility into progress, inefficient collaboration, and complex onboarding experiences.
Define
Set clear goals: design a productivity-driven SaaS platform, simplify task and team management, improve collaboration clarity, reduce friction in daily workflows, and create an experience that helps teams focus on high-impact work.
Ideate
Explored solutions such as centralized dashboards, smart task prioritization, collaboration-focused layouts, automated workflows, and data-driven productivity insights. Selected the most impactful ideas to define the core product experience.
Design
Created user flows and high-fidelity Figma prototypes with a clean, modern SaaS visual language. Designed a conversion-focused landing page, a frictionless sign-up experience, and clear UI patterns that support speed, clarity, and usability.
Test
Shared prototypes with potential users and team leads. Collected feedback on clarity, usability, and workflow efficiency. Refined layouts, interactions, and onboarding flows to improve comprehension, navigation, and overall user confidence.
